Are uploaded images sent to a server?

No. The editor processes images in your browser using canvas.

Why is the replacement color sometimes shaded?

The editor preserves light and texture by default. Turn on Prime white first and raise Color purity if you need a cleaner, flatter color match.

Can I protect part of the image?

Yes. Use Select to include a region and Erase to remove areas from the effect.

What format does export use?

The editor exports a PNG from the current canvas preview.
